Failure of Netgear Technical Support

I've just bought an LB2120 and I'm having problems with it seeing my FTTP WAN connection from the ONT.

 

So I went to my service profile and was informed that I had no registered products!!! This is still not working.

 

Anyway: I registered the LB2120.

 

Still no registered products!!

 

So I registered it again.

 

Now I'm told it's alreadu registered.

 

I'm beginning to be a little fed-up with this.
