May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-1TLAUS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label
Have you tried factory resetting the device? Please remove the SIM card and hold down the reset button until you see a change in the LED.

The SKU is: MR2100-100EUS
I've tried a factory reset several times. But this could not solve the problem.
With no SIM installed.

Hi Blanca_O ,
can you send me the file as well? I do have a MR2100 which stucks in boot with the first of the four dots. Resets are not working with or without SIM, with or without battery etc.
Im am able to plug in to power supply holding down reset until it sas "downloading firmware" and then it stucks again. In booth the display is slightly flashing white every few seconds. So I'd like to do a forced firmware update....
P.S. Also SKU: MR2100-100EUS
