Gig ports speed reduced when access control is enabled.

Nighthawk LAX20  Firmware Version V1.1.6.28_2.0.49 Anyone else experiencing this issue or is my router defective?

Please provide the speedtest results when Access control is enabled and disabled. 

Have you tried factory resetting the device?

        When access control is on: 300mb to 380mb

        when access control is off: 959mb to 987mb
