GS116Ev2 Backup Internet Connection

I have the GS116Ev2 Switch. I plan on buying the nighthawk M5 to input as a backup connection to my main line. How do I configure the switch (or can I) for the M5 to kick in if the main line goes down?

Nothing a L2 switch can do.
Either deploy a router with dual-WAN support or look into a mobile network router providing connectivity testing and failover capability, like the Netgear LB2120 for example.
