have to type in MR1100 admin password after firmware update.

I have tried to revert back to the previous FW But it keeps telling me that its an invalid file. I got it right off the netgear site. is there a way of getting my router to stop wanting the admin password just so a connected device can just us the internet? On my Iphone it says captive wifi. on my computer it says that I have to log in to the router to use the internet. I don't want to do that. please help. thank you

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label

     

    What is the current firmware version?

     

    As I understand, you would need to enter the MR1100 admin password to access the Internet.

     

    Have you tried turning off and on the MR1100? 
    Or have you tried factory resetting the device?
