Help crazy disconnects Netgear DC112A-100NAS

Please help I keep getting internet disconnect errors with my dc112a-100nas beast from ATT/Netgear.   The wifi hotspot seems to be ok but not sure.   How do I troubleshoot?    Patrick D...
