High RSRQ on MR1100

 I am having terribly high RSRQ only getting like 2 to 3 MB/s the RSRQ stays at -16dBm which is not good  I have talked to at&t about it but they told me to reset the box I have done it twice and nothing has helped would a signal booster work? This has been going on for over like a month but before then  I had perfect speeds never had a problem. I just got this box yesterday because I thought my old one was bad but this is doing the same thing. 

 

Firmware version- NTG9X50C_12.05.05.14

Bootloader is the same 

Firmware build date was 2020 

PRI version-04.06

    The FW version on your device is quite old. Please try upgrade to the latest release if you can.
