Hotspot not syncing with actual ATT account

I buy 100G monthly from ATT for the hotspot, have 60 left today. But the Nighthawk LTE says I'm 50 G's overdrawn, have 4 days left until renewal (actual renewal is Dec 9) and has slowed my speed so m...
