Hotspot

Hi. I just bought a Nighthawk M2 to be used as a 4G modem for my Helium hotspot.

Works fine, but...

It seems that I can't leave it plugged to the AC as the battery might heat up.

Problem is that the material is located far from where I live. Therefore, I can't rely on the battery: I need a permanent power access.

Any solution...?

    Welcome to NETGEAR Community!

     

    You can power on the device with the PA only without the battery. This will avoid the battery from getting hot and impacting the device performance.
