How can I find the latest firmware version for LB2110

Hi,

I couple of days ago I purchased a retail version of the LB2110 LTE modem in Sweden. After updating the s/w I have the following versions:

 

Firmware Version:
M18QW_v07.05.170721
App Version:
NTG9X07W_13.05.05.00
Web App Version:
LBHDATA_03.03.103.175

 

My understanding is that at least the firmware version is outdated, but I get a message saying there are no updates available when checking for new s/w. Is there any way to find out what version the modem should be running, and possibly download the update manually?

    NTG9X07W_13.05.05.00 is the latest version already for the device.

      Hello John,

       

      First of all, thank you for your quick reply. The reason I posted my original question is that I would like to upgrade my LB2110 to the latest available firmware (i.e. NTG9X07W_13.05.05.00). How can I accomplish this? (When online my modem tells me that there are no s/w updates available.)
