How can I get a replacement cover/backplate for the MR1100?

I purchased several MR1100's for employees where I work and two have been returned to me without the battery cover/backplate.  I have looked elsewhere online and have had no luck finding them.  I really don't want to redeploy these without the covers.  Thanks!
