How to check modem lm1200 when i am not there

Hello

i wanted to know how i can check on modem lm1200 when i am not there.

The reason is i need it is to be able to restart modem lm1200 for the simcard to gets it normal speed again.

Because  the provider when it shows the paiment it slows down speed automaticly until payment is done.

for that i need to restart every month once or sometimes twice when there is issue with provider. 

but for that i need to send or need to be there just for a restart. is there a way to acces modem outdoors like cloud option. if so how can i do that.

the lm1200 is on bridgemode modem.
