How to identify correct charger for AirCard 770S

Well they both seem to work fine, still puzzling though. The reason I became really concerned was one day started getting the No Battery error and to my surprise, found there were many others having the same issue. Now after reading the forum I know it has nothing to do with the power cord, but like others I have replaced the battery and still get the same error repeatedly. Frustrating.
