How to Install firmware for Aircard 782s

Hello!    Is it impossible to reinstall the firmware for  Aircard 782s via hard reset?

What do you mean by reinstalling the firmware? the most current firmware?

    My Aircard 782S has system problems and I want to reinstall the system.

      Hi iMact3,

      Can you please explain what system problems you're having? What provider model is your AC782s? trying to reinstall the current firmware or an older model?

        I have Unlocked Netgear Aircard 782S (AC782S) and when I turn it on the device stock on BigPond logo. and when I remove the SIM card the device turn on and it work. so everytime before I turn the device on I should remove SIM card and wait until the device turned on to put SIM card again and sometimes the device switch off and on automatically.

         

        I apologize for some mistakes in writing.
