How to install firmware my router

hi i have router netgear mr100-100eus when download update frimware unplug charge from my sune but now router is no work when power on the router restart every 1 minut  i when serch from the netg...

hi

thank you my router is work but old verusion 12.04.02.00 i can add bands in the router but new after update can not add band for the router

when add bands show massage error    

i need password for telnet putty
