How to start over with firmware upgrade

Question

I had a firmware upgrade interrupted and now AirCard Watcher is stuck on 'initializing device'.

I've tried to repeat the firmware upgrade many times, including over night, but it keeps getting stuck like this:

It never gets past this stage.

How can I reset/update my firmware so I can get my 320U back to a usable state?

You could try to load the firmware via TFTP.

Appreciate the suggestion but this USB device does not appear to have an IP address, as a router would

You can try to revert back to a older firmware to see if that will load.

Thanks. How do I do that? There is no factory reset button the AirCard.
