How to update Orbi when it cannot connect to the internet.
Hello, My Orbi LBR20 began having connection issues recently and now will not connect at all to my ISP (internet service provider) * US Cellular. I want to try downloading the latest firmware, but I cannot connect the Orbi to the internet, so how do I update a router that does not connect to any internet? I downloaded the firmware to my laptop, but how do I get it to update on the Orbi? 🤔

You have done the first step (downloading firmware to the laptop). If you have both a router and satellites that need updating, be sure to download both sets of firmware.
Unpack the 'zip' file to extract the actual firmware.
