Huge price difference between Amazon UK and Amazon DE

Hello all,

I was about to order the mobile hotspot AirCard 790S from Amazon and noticed a huge price difference when looking for the same model on the UK and the Germany Amazon site.

 

UK:

147.99 £ (Or converted to Euro: 190.25 EUR)

 

Germany:

259,00 EUR

 

 

That is essentially 70 EUR difference?! Both products are sold as NEW and the seller on both links is marked as Netgear.

Why is there such a difference in price?! I'm basically suspicious that the UK version is either refurbished or not new? Could that be the case?

    It's Netgear's BS policy of ripping off people in Europe and the Middle East. It's been a core principle of their pricing policy. It's a total ripoff.
