I cant update my M1 device
I cant update my M1 device i donna know why i cant update my device untill now!!! also nobody here explains that and whats going on!!! my drvice firmware version still 10.12.04.04 why?
When you click the "check for updates" button does it state that there is an update available? If it does , make sure you have the battery in the M1 and it is fully charged so it doesn't go flat during the update.
It seems you may have to click the check for up date button a few times for it to discover the new update.Mine didn'tt find a new update until precisely one week after the last time it auto checked for an update.
The latest firmware is 10.16.04.04
