I have a situation with adequate broadband cover via fibre but no mobile reception - need a device

I have a situation with adequate broadband cover via fibre but no mobile reception on several sites- need a device for use by staff and visitors.  Can you suggest anything?

Are you asking about a router or about a cellular microcell? You weren't very specific.
