I just updated the firmware and got thes on my router, now I cannot connect my apple devices anymore

Hi,

 

I just updated the firmware and got thes on my router, now I cannot connect my apple devices anymore. I cannot find anything about this version and on the website the latest version is 12.06.11.00 - I downloaded the official version from the website and to manually update the firmware, but always get an error: invalid update file error code 16

I´m really lost - what shall I do?

    Is it possible that you might have a contracted model with Telstra or AT&T? I see 12.06.11.00 is the firmware for the standard MR1100, and there are also MR1100s for Telstra and AT&T, EE, etc.

    Could other mobile devices still work with the MR1100? If just Apple devices, you can restart the mobile phone and reset the network settings.
