I need firmware NTGX55_12.04.12.00 - help!

My MR5200 freezes. I want to reinstall the NTGX55_12.04.12.00 firmware but can't find this file. Does anyone have the NTGX55_12.04.12.00 firmware file?

    Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR5200-100EUS) and current firmware version. 

    Have you tried checking for an available firmware updates via the Web UI? If so, what happen if you attempt to update the firmware?
