Which firmware did you update from?

 

Have you tried resetting the system to factory defaults?

 

Are you using a Telstra SIM?

    1 - 

    The old firmware is NTG9X50C_10.12..02.01
    Now the firmware used is 10.25.01.01

    No I am using another telecom company

     

    I tried more than the telecom company and the problem still exists
