IMEI- 015161006743556 error code to remove battery

Good evening, I had gotten a code to remove the battery and I did put it back together, and my internet seems to be slower ever since ive done that ive. I have not had a problem with internet being slow I use it for gaming mostly and even loading chrome seemed terribly slow. So not sure if its the box or maybe my PC just curious if anyone else has had this problem.
