Improving Mobile Gaming Performance When Using a 4G/5G Hotspot

I've been using mobile hotspots for gaming and noticed that connection stability can sometimes matter more than raw download speed. For online games, consistent latency and avoiding sudden drops are particularly important, especially when several devices are connected to the same hotspot.

I'm curious what settings other AirCard users have found most useful for gaming. Do you normally use 5 GHz Wi-Fi, USB tethering, or another setup to get the most stable connection?
