michaelkenward is correct. Details are key to any help. It could be wifi, it could be from your isp, it could be from your device. Without any details, we're just guessing. 

1. what modem/gateway do you have? 

2. what router do you have? What firmware is on this router? 

3. Is it all devices? Just wireless devices? 

4. if its just wireless devices, is it devices on the 2.4ghz? 5ghz? 6ghz? All of them? 

Details are key. the more you tell us, the better we can help

Try updating the drivers from intel via support assistant, On many occasions the drivers are old and outdated. Same with a hotspot check the firmware.
