I had this happen while using Delta Executor on Android too. For me, the lag wasn’t always caused by the executo, the Wi-Fi connection itself was the first thing to check. I restarted my router and phone, moved closer to the router, and forgot/reconnected to the Wi-Fi network. That cleared up the random lag for me. Google also recommends restarting the device/router and testing another network when troubleshooting Android Wi-Fi issues.
