Internal Antenna now not working M1 MR1100

Hi everyone. Bought two MIMO antennas from Amazon and connected to my M1 and they made no difference. The problem I have is after disconnecting them I get absolutely no signal. It is almost like the internal antennas have stopped working. Has this happened to anyone else. I have tried a factort reset and still the same
