Internet Greyed Out
I have a new router I can access the internet but I cannot change or configure the router as Internet is grayed out. I have done a factory reset but it hasn’t worked

May we please know the exact model of your NETGEAR device? What do you mean "Internet is grayed out"? Are you referring to the NETGEAR router page? Have you tried using different browser or device?

To update I have now tried the router on my laptop too on Firefox it remains greeted out. Can you come back to me please if I cannot access the Internet area the router is useless to me and will have to go back and I won’t buy netgear again

Community Team- What was the solution to this? I'm having the same problem in the same model router.
It's saying "no internet", but it's connected and allowing WiFi traffic. I suspect I need to change the MAC address but I can't do this until I can access the internet settings.
