Internet Greyed Out
I have a new router I can access the internet but I cannot change or configure the router as Internet is grayed out. I have done a factory reset but it hasn’t worked
To update I have now tried the router on my laptop too on Firefox it remains greeted out. Can you come back to me please if I cannot access the Internet area the router is useless to me and will have to go back and I won’t buy netgear again

- What was the solution to this? I'm having the same problem in the same model router.
It's saying "no internet", but it's connected and allowing WiFi traffic. I suspect I need to change the MAC address but I can't do this until I can access the internet settings.Hi shadowbox

Please describe your network setup. Who is your ISP? What is the model number of your modem? Is the router setup as AP?
