IP passthrough bug on bootup

I have set gateway to 192.168.7.1 on a reboot the client by Ethernet somehow gets 192.168.1.67 and nothing works can't get internet or login to 192.168.7.1 only when you make the client do DHCP does it get 10. IP of the 4G network that internet and log in works.
