IP Passthrough problems

Hello everyone, I have two M1 nighthawk mobile routers. One is ran normal and the second one is setup to do a IP passthrough. The first one gets normal speeds but the one that is ran with the IP passthrough only gets 500 kbps. Has anyone else have had this issue before or know a way to fix it?

    May I please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-xxx) and firmware version? What is the expected speed? Kindly interchange the 2 MR1100s - set the 1st M1 on IP passthrough mode and set 2nd M1 as main device.
