Issues with Netgear Nighthawk Mobile Router

Hi, I have been issues with my Nighthawk M1 4GX Gigabit LTE Mobile Router (Model M1100). I am using a 5G Verizon SIM card, but it is not working. It does not detect the SIM Card, and states "SIM not installed, Please insert SIM or check to make sure the sim is installed properly".

I need this router up-and-running by end-of-week. I appreciate your assistance.
