issues with network

hi, 

i am having issues with set up of my device

 

i have followed all set up and its is asking me to turn on cellular data in the app?

i have went into the settings, then network but there is no where in there to to turn on cellular data?

 

i have inserted sim and checked all of this 

 

can anyone help please?

    Please do the following: 

     

    - Using a computer or a device that is connected to the network, open a web browser and access http://192.168.1.1 and login

    - Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Cellular

    - Checked Data

    - Apply Settings
