I have a better nightgown 1100 mobile hotspot by att. I had a storm go through now my Ethernet port does not work. I have rebooted and still nothing. I have checked for updates and it says no updates....

Please do a factory reset to see if this fix the issue.
Did you purchase the device from AT&T? If so, kindly call AT&T to do hardware check.
