LAN not working
I am trying to connect a cctv system which requires a lan connection with the router. It doesn’t appear to be working has anyone else had the same problem and is there a fix. Thanks

Please test another device like a computer and check if it will go online.
Kindly try using different Ethernet cable.
May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label
