LAN/Network light blinking green

I have a Netgear 4g lte modem, model # LB1120.
Have had it for maybe almost a year or close to it. It has worked fine.

I unplugged the LAN cable a week ago needed to travel with my laptop. I go to plug it back in and the LAN/Network cable light is blinking green and either the website loads extremely slow and stops or it doesn’t load at all. Ive checked various settings even tried to find other topics for solutions and nothing.
I’m hoping the modem doesn’t need replacing.

I would appreciate any help to get it running right again.
