LAX20 Router Red Light - Internet Dead

Well, bought a brand new Netgear Nighthawk and it's lasted a whole 3 months. Internet completely dead; won't reset, there was no power outage, no spikes, just croaked for no reason. Had one for years that finally died, this one lasted 3 months. Will give the company one more chance with a new one I'm purchasing today, if it dies I'm gone forever as a customer, and I do large-scale IT purchasing. Does anyone make quality hardware anymore?
