Please provide the firmware version of the device.
You mentioned that you have multiple LB1120 modems and some are having the same issue. Is it on the same ISP?
Who is your Internet Service provider?
Were you able to call your Internet provider to check if you have the correct APN information and right data plan?

I have already tested it with apns(T-Mobile, Telefonica, ATT) and I have the same problem.
The modem only works again when reset.
