Lb1120 continuous reboot
I have a lb1120. When powered on the amber power light comes on for about 15 seconds then goes out for about 5 seconds and then repeats this indefinitely. None of the other leds light up. I have tried...

At&t. But it never gets far enough to even connect to cellular data. I'm wondering if we had a power surge that fried the board.
