LB1120 Firmware Download

In regard to my LB1120, I have attempted to Check for Firmware automatically but get an error every time. I have three bars for signal strength. My ATT account appears active without the dreaded  "Disconnection Message". However, I get no internet traffic out. Every few minutes, I see the up and down arrows on the web interface flash. Pinging a well know public IP yields no retursn (Linux.)

This seems like a hardware failure of some sort but wanted to try the latest firmware first. Yes, I have tried the factory reset button multiple times without any luck. Any help is appreciated!
