LB1120 LTE Modem - Can't send or receive SMS?

Hey guys,

I have the Netgear LB1120 LTE Modem. It works flawlessly except for one thing -- it won't receive or send text messages. I have tried this on both Verizon and PagePlus, both plans support texting, and it won't receive anything. When I try to send one from the modem, it fails and then crashes the entire admin page.

Any fix for this? I can't set up recurring payments on my data plan because I can't get the verification code via text because it can't receive it.
