LB1120 mobile broadband disconnected

I’ve had my set up about a year now & it has quit working. I have the LB1120 with AT&T sim. The Device will read the sim and light up green then go back to amber after a few minutes. When i log in it says, “mobile broadband disconnected” then will ask me to pick my APN again! It’s never done this before! AT&T gave me a new sim & the device will not read it at all. No matter how many times i take it out and replace it the light blinks amber. I can usually figure out how to get it back working , but this time I’m lost!

    Selecting an APN after you switch to a new SIM card is expected. Please make sure you select the AT&T APN with apn name as broadband and set ot as default.

     

    It is better you start the above steps after doing a factory reset. If the device still can't connect, please follow the steps below to capture a log and send a private message to me.

    - Logon to the webui (http://192.168.5.1 ) as an administrator
    - Navigate to URL http://192.168.5.1/model.json via the same browser window
    - Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
