LB1120 Solid orange light
This will be the second of these that I have gotten. The first on did the same thing and after talking with Netgear support they felt it was defective. I received the replacement and it does the same. I've tried 2 different Sim cards, one on T-mobile network and the other on Verizon. Modem blinks orange then goes solid orange. I hooked it up to my computer to check APN and it's the one for the current Sim card. Added APN anyway, for both networks and no change. I have a difficult time believing that both modems could be defective with the same problem. When checking for firmware update that box has grey type lighter than the others and nothing happens when I try it anyway. Both cards give me 4 bars of signal when in cell phones. Any ideas would be appreciated.
