lb1121 default password does not work

This was working a year ago when I set it up initally as a LTE failover for my router. I went to use it today as a backup and it wouldn't work.

 

I reset it to factory default and it gets me on LTE when directly plugged into a laptop, but the default password on the sticker on the bottom of the unit does not work to reach the admin page. Nor does "password" or any other commonly used default password.

 

Any ideas?

    Disregard. After a few minutes, the default password worked. I reset it multiple times, but it finally worked after waiting a few minutes.
