LB2120 – 4G LTE Modem: can I enable remote admin?

I need remote access to a LB2120 – 4G LTE Modem, so we can provide torubleshooting for a customer. I do not yet have access to the router and can find no information in the User Manual about this.

 

Is this possible, please?

    Remote admin is not supported on the device due to security concerns.
