LB2120 Basic Setup/Wiring
I apologize in advance for my lack of knowldege.
I recently got the LB2120 to act as a fallback "router" for a remote cabin.
The primary router is a Linksys WRT1900AC.
I have several IP cameras...

In addition to setting the LB2120 into bridge mode, you need a router that can do dual WAN - one port (presumably cable modem or dsl) as the main internet with a second port serving the LB2120 in bridge mode as backup. I don't think that the Linksys 1900 that you reference can do this with stock firmware. It may be possible with hack firmwares, such as openwrt, though setup isn't for the faint of heart.
I'm aware of a few consumer routers by ASUS that can do this with stock firmware. See this HOWTO: http://www.techpoy.com/2014/11/asus-rt-ac68u-dual-wan-set-up.html
I'm unaware of Netgear consumer wireless routers that can do this. This is often a feature reserved for business-class routers.
