The sticker on the bottom of the modem states that the MAC address of the device is:
44-A5-6E-C0-62-CE
If I run "arp -a" from the command line I get the following result for the IP address of the device:
C:\>arp -a
Interface: 192.168.5.63 --- 0x15
Internet Address Physical Address Type
192.168.5.1 46-5a-e6-0c-26-ed dynamic
192.168.5.255 ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff static
...
255.255.255.255 ff-ff-ff-ff-ff-ff staticThe MAC address of the device does not match the sticker.
The wrong sticker has been applied to the device, so the password on the sticker also doesn't match the password in the firmware of the device.
The modem is effictivelty bricked from the factory and will need to be returned.

Up front, the LB2120 (Netgear standard versions like -100AUS, probably different for carrier specific models) default password is password - and nothing else. Yes, it is printed on the label, LB2110 shown here:
Second, the LB2120 does have to Ethernet adapters, one is designated WAN, one is designated LAN. So well possible the device has (at least) two adjacent MAC addresses, like 46-5a-e6-0c-26-ec and 46-5a-e6-0c-26-ed. The lower one, typically the WAN port MAC, is printed on the label. Possibly a typo above?
Third, I can be wrong. In this case please submit a photo of your LB2120 label.
