LBR20 LTE Network Selection

Incase anyone in the future is looking for an answer to this question I took the leap and pick up an LBR20. From all of my testing and troubleshooting, I cannot find a way to lock the modem onto a certain network. The device seems to bounce around the various networks for no reason, typically landing on one of the slowest for my use case.
If anyone Canada is looking for a 3 week old LBR20 for a good price, let me know.
