Live Stream RTMP from GoPro using Netgear Nighthawk M5

After a lot of digging and testing, calling tech support lines, I found that the problem was actually on the T-Mobile side. For whatever reason, although they could not confirm this, they are blocking the RTMP stream. I ended up switching to AT&T and everything connected exactly as expected.
Side note: It's odd that T-Mobile was blocking the RTMP stream from the hotspot, but they do not block it from my phone's hotspot.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge. The MR5100 is a mobile router.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
